I am a little confused about why Edward carried out primae notics again? maybe he wanted to supress the scotish rebellion. if so, what he did just arouse the rebellion. Maybe he loves his son's wife, through the policy he can occupy the beautiful girl. But if he did this, it will result in strengthening the desputes with France and going against the marriage purpose.
